Hydraulic Double Ram Track Press is designed for assembly/ disassemble of small, medium and medium-large sizes of track chains. The maximum pressing force of each ram is 2942 kn (300t). The machine is suitable for manufacturing new chains and for rebuilding/ re-conditioning. The operation of the machine is simple and safe. Hydraulic Double Ram Track Press can be supplied with track winder, hydraulic torque wrench, roller & idler welding machine etc. A single hand lever controls forward and return strokes of the rams. The rams can be operated either simultaneously or separately. This machine is used mostly for disassembling and reassembling of pulleys, gearings, rollers, chain sections, shafts in the workshop or field.
